How much time do I need to allocate for the courses?

  • The length of courses varies between 2 and 4 hours, including exercises. Please check the individual course pages for more specific information.

How long are the courses available?

  • Once purchased you will have lifetime access to a course.  

Are the courses live or recorded?

  • All courses are pre-recorded and self-paced.

Are there any prerequisites for the courses?

  • Most of our courses are self-contained and have no prerequisites. Where there are prerequisites, full details are provided on the course page.

Will I get a certificate of completion?

  •  Yes, we offer certificates on successful course completion. See an example here.

I am interested in a bundle but I've already purchased one of the courses included in that bundle. How can I upgrade? 

  • Please email us and we can help you purchase the second course  at a discounted price, so you can still take advantage of the discount offered by the bundle.

Can I pay via a purchase order?

  • For a purchase of 5 or more seats for the same course, you can pay via a purchase order. Please email us for more details.

Can I pay via bank transfer instead of credit card?

  • Bank transfers are only accepted for purchases of 5 or more seats for the same course. Please email us for more details.

How can I update my invoice to include company information so I can expense it?

  • You can request an updated invoice by emailing us at with the following details: invoice number, company name & full billing address, VAT number.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

  • All sales are final. Exception: If there's a proven technical problem that prevents you from taking the course, we will offer a refund. 


My payment did not go through. What do I do? 

  • Please email us with an explanation of the problem. Please include the date and approximate time the problem occurred and the name on the credit card.
