We offer discounts for all individual courses, for groups from 5 people upwards. Please check the group discounts page for more information.

Frequently asked questions
How much time do I need to allocate for the courses?
- The length of courses varies between 2h to 4 hours, including exercises. Please check the courses’ individual pages for more specific information.
How long are the courses available?
- Once purchased you will have lifetime access to the course/s.
Are the courses live or recorded?
- All courses are pre-recorded and self-paced.
Are there any prerequisites for the courses?
- Usually courses are self-contained (there are no prerequisites) but please check the course page to be sure.
Will I get a certificate of completion?
- Yes, we offer certificates on successful course completion. See example here.
I am interested in the Platform Bundle, but I've already purchased one of the individual course. How can I upgrade?
- Email us and we can help you purchase the second course at a discounted price, so you can still take advantage of the 15% OFF offered for the bundle.
Can I pay via a purchase order?
- For a purchase of 5 or more seats for the same course, you can pay via a purchase order. Email us at academy@teamtopologies.com for more details.
How can I update my invoice to include company information so I can expense it?
- You can request an updated invoice by emailing us at academy@teamtopologies.com with the following details: invoice number, company name & full billing address, VAT number.
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
- All sales are final. Exception: In case there's a proven technical problem that prevents you from taking the course, we can offer a refund.
My payment did not go through. What do I do?
- Email us with an explanation of the problem. Please include at least the following information: date & approximate time the problem occurred, name on the credit card.
