Independent Consultant on Modernization of Organization Dynamics, Architecture and Leadership Eduardo da Silva

Eduardo da Silva is an independent consultant specialized in the modernization of organizational dynamics, architecture, and leadership. He is also a Team Topologies Valued Practitioner (TTVP). Since 2005, Eduardo has worked as an academic researcher, entrepreneur (founder of a startup), software engineer/architect, and consultant for various companies, ranging from startups to scale-ups. In his consulting work, Eduardo assists tech-enabled organizations in developing strategies, structures, and operating models that promote a sustainable, fast flow of value and change.
